Rockstar Martini Cocktail

To make this rather strong cocktail scoop the seeds from a passion fruit into the glass of your cocktail shaker and add either Vodka or Rum. Squeeze lime juice and liquid sugar cane syrup, not solid sugar! Combine with several cubes of ice and give them a good shake before straining into a couple of martini glasses. Just add prosecco to weaken and give it some bubbles and garnish with fruit. Enjoy responsibly.
