Pineapple Rum Daiquiri Recipe

I used a Full Pineapple and a Cantaloupe to make this extraordinarily delicious Pineapple Rum Daiquiri drink. Not for the faint of heart it packs a punch by including a half of a lemon and is diluted about 30% with still water and contains a small Mediterranean Tonic Water from Fever Tree for the fizz. Great for dinner parties and goes well with liqueurs like Malibu or on its own.
